DEPTH-ORIENTED THERAPY FOR ADULTS

Hi! I’m Kylie Bellard, LSWAIC.

I'm a therapist with a deep passion for exploring our inner worlds so we can live more authentically and fully.

Life is often really hard; it just is. And while I don't believe we can (or should) eradicate the pain that comes with being alive, I do believe therapy can help us be more fully present with both the hard and the good so we can live in a way that feels meaningful.

If you're considering starting therapy, you might be having some of these thoughts:

  • "Past experiences keep coming to mind and getting in the way of me being fully present in my current life."

  • "No matter how much I achieve, I still feel like something's wrong with me."

  • "If the people in my life knew who I really am, they wouldn't love me anymore."

  • "I think I want to make a change, but I'm afraid I'll lose everyone and everything if I pursue it."

  • "I feel really anxious a lot of the time, but I don't know why. What's wrong with me?"

  • "I wish I could talk about my identity with someone else, but every time I've tried, I've felt judged and even more alone."

Let me tell you: there is nothing wrong with you.

Being a person is complex, and it makes sense to seek support from someone with life experience, training, and perspective. Therapy is a great place to find all those things.

I've walked alongside many clients as they explored these questions and found more belonging, connection, and peace.

After our work together, clients have shared with me:

  • "It feels like the past is in the past. Some parts of it are complicated, but they don't overshadow my current life."

  • "I have so much more belief in myself and trust that I'm doing my best."

  • "I can't believe I didn't make this change sooner. It feels like such a huge weight has been lifted."

  • "I feel like my own life matters, and I'm actually living it."

  • "I'm way more aware of what my feelings are and what they mean."

  • "It feels like I belong in the world as much as anyone else."
